Most questions can be answered by searching the knowledge base topics, and live support is also available. For more information and tips on how to use the online support center, view this Introduction Guide.

The OSC offers four methods for receiving technical help:

  1. Search: Go to the web site above and search the Knowledge Base topics for your problem. Most problems will be found using this method along with the action you should take to correct the issue.
  2. Submit a ticket: if you cannot find what you need after one or two searches, then, submit a ticket.
  3. Chat: there is a live chat link to communicate with a technologist. If your preliminary search of the Knowledge Base didn’t solve your problem, try this live alternative.
  4. Call: the OSC provides a toll-free number on the OSC web site. This should never be your first choice for assistance.
